How we use it
- To call or WhatsApp you about your booking, confirm the time slot and send the team.
- To remind you when your next cleaning is due (for example, sofa or home cleaning after 6 months) and to send you offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To show you our ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. For this we may share your phone number or email with Google and Meta in a protected (hashed) form so they can match it to your account.
- To improve our website and services.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not ask for any advance payment or card details on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to 3 years so we can serve you again and keep our accounts. You can ask us to delete your details earlier.
